2 c Bisquick
2/3 c milk
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 T butter
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 450º. Stir Bisquick, milk, and cheese until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 9 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Stir together butter and garlic powder and brush over warm biscuits.

These taste exactly like the "Cheddar Bay Biscuits" from Red Lobster and are super easy to make. I usually add extra cheese and garlic powder. And if I am feeling particularly lazy, I just mix all of the ingredients together before baking instead of brushing the biscuits with the butter.
