Directions:
Place milk, eggs, melted margarine, bread flour, salt, sugar, and yeast into bread machine (in that order). Select dough cycle and press start. When finished, turn out onto a lightly floured surface, cover and let rest for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough into a 16x21" rectangle. Spread dough with 1/3 cup margarine and sprinkle evenly with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Roll up dough (long side) and cut into 12 rolls. Place rolls in a lightly greased 9x13" baking pan. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400º. Bake rolls in preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes. While rolls are baking, beat together cream cheese, 1/4 cup margarine, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt. Spread frosting on warm rolls and serve.

Personal Notes:
You will not be disappointed if you take the time to make these rolls! If you have any leftovers, they can be microwaved for a few seconds before eating.

I have never made this recipe without the bread machine, but I think it would probably turn out the same if you knead it by hand and then let it rest until it doubles in size (probably do that twice). That's what I would try!
