4 bags Betty Crocker Triple Berry Muffin Mix (6.5oz)
2 cups water
fresh blueberries, raspberries, blackberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Line 9x13 pan with foil. Grease bottom of foil (or brush with olive oil). Mix muffin mix and water together and pour into pan. Place raspberries and blackberries in alternating columns/rows in batter. Then sprinkle with blueberries. Use a spatula over the top to cover berries with batter to prevent overcooking. Bake for approximately 25 minutes.

I got this recipe from Brian's aunt Deb after she made it for a family reunion. It is delicious and a great way to get your family to eat a little more fruit! The only place I have found the muffin mix is at Walmart.
