Ingredients:  
3 8oz pkgs. Cream cheese
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, but with juice reserved
½-1 cup chopped pecans
¼ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend softened cream cheese until smooth. Add drained pineapple and mix. Add pecans and sugar to your liking and blend again.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Stir before serving and use reserved juice if needed to thin mixture.

NOTE: Especially good served with Wheat Thins or with Frito’s corn chip scoops.
