3 ripe plum tomatos
1/4 cup chopped red or yellow onion
2 tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic
2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Hot Sauce

In the bowl of the food processor, combine all the ingredients and pulse until the salsa is smooth but slightly chunky.
