2 cups butter
2 cups white sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 cups flour
5 cups oatmeal (put small amounts in blender after measuring until it turns to powder)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
24 oz. chocolate chips
1-8 oz. plain Hershey Bar, finely grated
3 cups chopped nuts (any kind)

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together flour, oats, salt, baking soda and powder. Mix all together. Add in chocolates and nuts. Place golf-ball sized cookies 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 375º for 6 minutes.
