75 - 100 papers, skins, sheets - whatever
2 pkgs clear noodles (soak in cold to luke warm water until soft.
5 lg or 10 small carrots shredded
1/2 head cabbage (shredded) or bean sprouts
1 lg onion chopped
2 eggs
3 lbs ground pork (can use shrimp or combination)
1 1/2 cups oyster sauce (1 cup at a time)
2 pinches of salt
pepper to taste

Mix well, spread on skin and wrap using another egg to seal. Can freeze these. Cook in hot oil (400º) until golden brown.
