4 pounds potatoes (12 medium)
1 C. Sour Cream
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 C. Chives (Chopped or dried)
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1 Pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
2 tsp. Salt
3/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes. Mash in bowl and add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic. Beat till smooth. Add Chives. PUt in baking dish, sprinkle with paprika and top with butter.
Bake 350º over 30 minutes or heated through.
