8 eggs - whisked
4-5 c. cheddar cheese, or 1/2 each cheddar and Monterey Jack
1 can drained diced chilies
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, refrigerate overnight.
Pour into Pam sprayed 13 x 9 inch casserole. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
