1 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Butter
1 clove Garlic, pressed
1 stalk Green Onion, diced
1 tbsp. Parsley, freshly chopped
1 tsp. Basil
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
3 Grape Tomatoes, seeded & finely diced

2 servings Vermicelli

1/3 cup Parmesan, freshly grated

Directions:

Prepare first ten ingredients and warm in skillet while pasta is boiling. When pasta is done, drain, then mix with herbs in the warm skillet. Add half of the Parmesan, mix well.

Split pasta on your plates and add remaining Parmesan on top. This makes a nice side dish but can cool quickly so be sure your main course is ready.
