1 prepare rotisserie chicken from the grocery store
1 bag tortilla chips
1 bag Mexican four cheese, shredded
green onions, sliced
favorite prepared salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Place a thick layer of tortilla chips on a dinner plate or platter. Shred meat over the chips. Cover with sliced, green onions. Throw a handful of shredded cheese on top. Microwave for one minute until cheese is melted but not bubbling. Serve with salsa.

Black olives, chopped green chilies, and sour cream are optional. Save the remaining chicken for another meal.
