1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 c water
3/4 c uncooked regular white rice
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts
1 c shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, water, rice, onion powder, and pepper in 2 quart shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Sprinkle chicken with pepper. Cover and bake at 375º for 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is done. Uncover and sprinkle cheese over chicken.
