Fajita Seasoning:
2 tsp season salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp oregano

1 1/2 lbs venison, cut into 2" strips
4 T vegetable oil
1 med yellow pepper, cut into 2" strips
1 med red pepper, cut into 2" strips
1 med onion, cut into 1/2" wedges
12 fajita sized tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Combine season salt, garlic salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and oregano. Sprinkle 2 tsp of seasoning over sliced venison. Mix well, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Heat 2 T oil in skillet. Cook peppers and onion until starting to soften, then remove. Pour in remaining oil, then cook venison until browned. Return pepper mixture to pan, season with remaining fajita seasoning and reheat. Serve in warmed tortillas.
