1 1/2 c multigrain penne pasta
9 oz spinach leaves
1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
1 tsp basil leaves
1 jar spagetti sauce
1 can diced tomatos, drained
2 oz cream cheese
1 c mozzarella cheese
2 T parmesean cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding spinach to boiling water for the last minute. Cook and stir chicken and basil in large nonstick skillet on med-high heat for 3 minutes. Add spagetti sauce and tomatos and bring to boil. Simmer 3 minutes or until chicken is done. Stir in cream cheese. Drain pasta and return to pan. Stir in chicken mixture and 1/2 cup mozzarella. Spoon into 2 quart or 8" square baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses and bake an additional 3 minutes.
