1 1/2 c warm water
1 pkg yeast
1 1/3 tsp salt
1 T sugar
1 T oil
4 c flour
mozzarella cheese sticks (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Put water in a bowl, add sugar and mix for a few seconds. Add yeast and let stand for a few minutes. Mix slowly, add oil. Add one cup flour. Add salt and mix. Add the rest of the flour or until the bowl comes clean. Spread onto greased jelly roll pan. If desired, roll mozzarella cheese sticks in the edges of the crust. Poke holes in the bottom with a fork. Bake for one minute at 500º. Add pizza sauce and desired toppings and cook for 10 minutes at 500º. Cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I like to use wheat flour for the crust, but it doesn't seem to use as much, maybe 3 or 3 1/2 cups.

We have 2 favorite pizza recipes:
1. Ground beef (browned), onions, and mushrooms. Use canned pizza sauce and top with colby/monterrey jack cheese.
2. Chicken breasts, diced and browned and onions. Use BBQ sauce and top with mozzarella cheese.
