"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Spread granola mixture onto 11x17 cookie sheet. Stir in honey and oil. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and stir mixture. Respread mixture and bake another 10-15 minutes until granola is golden brown. Remove from oven and stir in 1 cup dried fruit (raisins, craisins, apples, etc.) Stores in an airtight container.
