2 ripe avocados, cubed
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can whole corn, rinsed and drained
1 fresh jalapeņo, seeded and diced
1/3 c chopped red onion
3 T fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
cilantro (optional)

Gently stir all ingredients together in a large bowl.

This needs to be eaten right away or add one of the avocado pits so the avocado doesn't turn brown.
