8 medium potatoes
1 small onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
8 oz.cream cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 stick of butter
Velveeta cheese as desired
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cube potatoes . Dice onion and place both in water. Cook on medium until potatoes
are tender; drain; add soups, milk cheeses , salt, pepper and butter. Stir; let simmer for 1/2 hour. Top with fresh cooked bacon crumbled , add shredded cheese. Enjoy! Definitely not Weight Watchers but yummy !
