1 lb boneless chicken thighs
1 bundle green onions
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp dry sherry
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cornstarch
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken thighs in half. Cut green onions into 2 inch lengths.
Marinate chicken with sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar & sherry.
Mix cornstarch with water. Saute' ginger, garlic & green onion. Add chicken (without marinate). Stir fry until cooked. Pour cornstarch solution & marinate over chicken & cook until sauce has thickened.
