"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Beef Tenderloin (trimmed and sliced to approximately 1 and 1/2 inch filets - approximately 6 to 8 oz per filet).
Can or jar of pineapple juice (20 to 32 oz)
Can or jar of teriyaki sauce (20 to 32 oz)
Onion (sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
For marinade, combine pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce and sliced onion in a deep dish or large ziplock bag. Add beef tenderloin filets to marinade - the filets should be floating in the marinade. The marinade is enough for four to eight filets. Double the marinade if you are cooking more filets. Place in refrigerator for 48 hours before grilling.

The exact size of the can/jar of pineapple juice and teriyaki
sauce really does not matter.

Grill filets to medium or anyway you like. Usually about 8 to 15 minutes depending on temperature.

Remove from grill and let sit five minutes
