1 1/2 C. raisins
2 C. flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 C. sugar
1 egg plus 1 egg yoke
2 1/2 tbsp light corn syrup
2 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 C rolled oats
1 C. unsalted butter
1 C. brown sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. In medium bowl combine raisins and enough hot water to cover; set aside. In medium bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and salt. In large bowl beat together butter, brown sugar, and sugar until light and smooth; about 1 minute. Add eggs and egg yolk, corn syrup, vanilla, and beat until blended. Drain raisins. Add raisins and oats and stir until evenly cooperated. Bake 12-15 minutes or until firm in middle.
