7 oz. Greek yogurt
1/3 c. lemon curd
1 T. honey
1/4 t. vanilla
4 c. good berries, mixed or more
2 T. sugar
3 T. limoncello liquor
fresh mint sprigs

Directions:
Directions:
Make lemon yogurt topping by combining yogurt, curd, honey and vanilla.
Toss berries with sugar and limoncello and allow to stand at room temp for 10 min. Add some mint.
Refrigerate for later use if needed.
Serve with dollop yogurt and top with fresh mint.
