Ingredients:  
Put in glass or stainless steal bowl until juice forms overnight:
10 cups cut up rhubarb
5 cups sugar

In morning cook rhubarb until done (transparent looking). Add and stir well:
2 pkg strawberry jello (small box)
1 pkg frozen strawberries (large pkg - thaw and mash)
1/4 cup or less lemon juice
Put in containers to set.

Must be refrigerated or can be frozen.

If you don't want pieces of rhubarb, when you take rhubarb from the stove, put it through a large hole strainer and mash rhubarb through. Put back on burner and get hot then add jello, lemon juice and strawberries.
