Chop 3 to 4 green peppers in blender.
Measure 1 or 2 cups green pepper juice in large saucepan.
Add:
6 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
1 tsp tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and bring to a boil. Add one 6 oz pkg certo. Return to rolling boil. Cook for 1 minute stirring constantly. Add few drops of green food coloring for color. Pour into small jelly jars and cover with melted wax. Spread over cream cheese and serve with ritz crackers.
