2 c. Bisquick
8 oz.extra sharp cheese, grated
1 lb.hot sausage
I use mild sausage, I do not use the pre-grated cheese as the dough is too dry. If you do add milk a little at a time until it sticks together.
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls. Bake in shallow pan at 350º for 15 to 20 minutes.
