8oz Semi-sweet Choc, coarsely Chopped
1 Stick unsalted butter, cut into pieces at room
temp
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Tsp Salt
3 Lrg Eggs
1/2 Cup All-purpose Flour
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Sifted
12 Reese's Cups

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350°. Line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2. Melt Chocolate and butter in double broiler.
3. Whisk in sugar and salt til smooth.
4. Whisk in eggs to combine.
5. Whisk in cocoa and flour til smooth.
6. Spoon in 1 heaping tbsp of batter into each cup. Place reese cups on top, gently pressing into batter. Top with 2 more tbsp spoons of batter, covering the reese cups.
7. Bake for 35 minutes, rotate 1/2 thru.
