2/3 C butter or margarine
1 1/4 C sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 C peanut butter
6 C old fashioned Quaker Oats not instant
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 C raisins
2 C or 1 large pkg of butterscotch chips
1 1/2 C chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan melt butter. Blend in sugars, eggs, and peanut butter. Mix until smooth. Add oats, baking soda, raisins, butterscotch chips and nuts. Dough will be sticky. Put in refrigerator to cool. Will not be so sticky. Drop on greased cookie sheet with a large spoon (tbsp). Flatten slightly with fork. Bake at 350º for about 15 minutes. When cool, remove from cookie sheet.
