1 can condensed milk
1 C dates cut-up, cook until thick
Add 1/2 C chopped nuts
Spread on Ritz crackers

Frost: 2 1/2 C powdered sugar
3 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
Small amount of milk
Beat to spreading consitency. Spread on crackers. May Freeze cookies as well.

Bake cookies at 350º for 8 minutes or until light brown.
