Ingredients:  
1st. layer: 2 c. plain flour, 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans,2 sticks melted margarine.
2nd. layer: 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1c. confectioner's sugar, 1 6oz. pkg cool whip - thawed
3rd layer: 2 pkgs.(3 3/4 oz. size) butter pecan or butterscotch instant pudding, 3 c. cold milk.
4th layer: 9oz. carton cool whip thawed, chopped nuts for garnish.

1st layer: Mix well and spread in 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 375º for 20 - 30 minutes, until crusty. Cool completely.
2nd layer: Cream the cheese, blend in sugar and cool whip. Spread over cooled crust.
3rd layer: Blend for 2 minutes, then spread over cream cheese mixture.
4th layer: Top with cool whip and garnish with chopped nuts.
Let set in refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
