3/4 c. sugar
5 tbls. all purpose flour
2 (20oz)cans chunk pineapple - drained
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1 stick melted margarine
1 tube (36) round buttery crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour. Layer pineapple in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle sugar mixture over pineapple. Sprinkle cheese evenly over pineapple. Spread crushed crackers on top. Pour melted margarine over crackers. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Good with ham. turkey or any other main dish.
