1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
1 cup buttermilk
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
5 eggs
2 oz. red food coloring

Directions:
Put the dry cake mix in a bowl and add the ingredients listed here. Do not add ingredients listed on box. Blend according to directions on cake box. Bake following the same directions on the box.

For icing: Cream together 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, and 1/2 box plus 2 tbls. confectioner's sugar (add a little at a time) 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 stick softened butter. Sprinkle cake after iced with chopped pecans if desired.
