Roast, any cut and size
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Lay roast in aluminum foil ( I double mine). Cover with dry onion soup mix and mushroom soup. Wrap in foil. I bake mine slow at 300º about 1 hr. per lb.
