2 1/2 c flour
2 c sugar
1 tsp. b. powder
1/3 c cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix and add:
2 eggs
1 cup oil
1 c buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp soda in
1 c water

Filling :
1/2 c sugar
1/3 c milk
2/3 c Crisco
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp vanilla

Beat on high 7 min, add 1/2 c powdered sugar, then beat another 5 min. (coloring optional)

Directions:
Fill cup cake holders 2/3 full and bake 20 min(batter will be thin). Cool cakes, then fill center with filling using cake decorator with star tip. Force into center and cover hole with star.
