Romaine lettuce
red grapes
5-6 mint leaves
1/2 lime
olive oil
salt and pepper
1/2 c. unsalted cashews, chopped
1 t. runny honey

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl tear up the lettuce. Slice grapes and add. Mince the mint leaves and add to the bowl. Squeeze the lime over the salad and add about a T. of olive oil and salt and pepper. Dress and set aside.

Add cashews to a hot frying pan and toast. When they are golden, add the runny honey and mix it around until they are dark golden. Add immediately to your salad.
