1 pkg ground turkey
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup taco seasoning (I prefer McCormick's)
1 can Ranch Style beans
12 - 14 corn tortillas
canola oil
1 can olives
lettuce
tomatoes
onion
shredded cheese
green taco sauce or salsa

Directions:
In large pan, cook ground turkey until browned, add water and taco seasoning. Stir until blended and water has cooked off somewhat. Add the can of beans and turn to low heat to stay warm.

Chop lettuce, slice olives, dice tomatoes & onion, set on table.

Depending on the size of corn tortillas, in a small, approx 8inch skillet, heat about 1/2 cup oil over medium heat. When hot, fry each tortilla for about 20 seconds on each side (don't over cook, you still want them semi-flexible) then place on plate with napkin on it. Place another napkin on top & push to dab oil off the top. Keep layering tortillas with napkins until all are cooked.
Serve immediately & stack your tacos any way you like!

This is a family favorite. There's hardly any left after!
I use any left over meat mixture in my spaghetti recipe. It's fantastic!!
