1 c. chopped onion 2 tsp. dried oregano
1 c. chopped green pepper 1 lb. browned hamburger
1 tbsp. butter 12 oz. cooked spaghetti
1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes w/ liquid 2 c. shredded cheese
1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup 1 can sliced olives
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. water
1 can mushrooms

In a large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano. Add cooked ground beef and simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Place half of the spaghetti in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with half of the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with 1 c. cheese, repeat layers. Mix soup and water until smooth. Pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
