1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room tempeture
3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
3/4 cup creme fraiche
2 cups raspberries

Directions:
Directions:
Plce baking sheet bottom 375 oven. Wrap outside 11" tart pan with removable bottom with foil.
Using electric mixer beat butter, 1/2 cup sugar & salt in large bowl till blended. add 3 eggs 1/2 tsp vanilla, beat until smooth. Add flour beat until blended spread batter over bottom pan and 1/2 inch up sides.
Beat 1/4 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp vanilla and creme fraiche until blended. Spread custard over batter, arrange berries on top custard sprinkle 2 tbsp sugar. Bake until set and brown around edges about 45 minutes. Cool Can be made 1 day ahead
