Chicken Spaghetti with Veggies Recipe

Ingredients:  
2 3lb chickens.
1 large sliced onion.
1 chopped green pepper.
4 large chopped onions.
4 chopped celery stalks.
1 clove garlic.
2 sticks margarine.
3 tbsp. chili powder.
1 16 oz package spaghetti.
1 8 oz. can mushrooms drained.
Celery leaves.
1 6 oz can olive halves (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken with 1 onion and celery leaves until tender.
Debone and cut chicken.
Strain broth and reserve liquid,
Sautê green peppers, celery, onions, garlic in butter until tender.
Stir in chili powder and add chicken.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
In a 4 qt. casserole, combine chicken, spaghetti with any remaining broth, mushrooms and olives.
You may want to add some beef consume if you don't have enough broth to top the mix.
Bake 1 hour at 300º.
Add chicken or beef bunion if need more moisture as you bake,
Be sure to cover with liquid to keep spaghetti from becoming dry during baking.
