4 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 ¼ cup buttermilk
1 cup Crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Rub flour, baking powder, soda, salt and Crisco together as for pie dough. Then add buttermilk. Knead to a soft dough. Do Not overmix. Shape into balls the size of ping pong balls. Roll each one pretty thin. Fill with whatever you desire, like cheese, berries and pinch around to form the shape of a cup. Bake in ungreased sheet @400F for about 12 minutes.

Do not over bake.
