1 tbsp. butter
1 large onion, diced
2 diced carrots
2 cups potatoes, diced
2 cups chopped cabbage
2 ready made deep dish pie crusts
1 lb ground chuck
1 cup hot water
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 envelope instant brown gravy mix

Directions:

1. Pre heat over to 400ºF

2. Saute onions, carrots, cabbage, and potatoes until tender. Empty into bowl and brown meat in same skillet. Drain any excess grease.

3. Stir in water, brown gravy mix, and other vegetables. Simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Pour ingredients into deep dish pie crust. Cover top of pie with the other crust or make your own crust from scratch.

5. Bake 30 minutes at 400ºF.
