3/4 cup warm water (110 to 115 degrees)
2 pkgs active dry yeast
4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Stir remaining ingredients except half of flour into yeast. Add the rest of the flour; mix until smooth. Scrape dough from sides of bowl, cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours. Punch dough down and turn unto lightly floured surface, divide in half. Roll dough about 1/4" thick into a 12" circle. Spread with soft butter. Cut each into 16 pie-shaped pieces. Beginning at rounded edge, roll up. Place on greased baking sheets. Cover, let rise until double, about 1 hr. Heat oven to 400ºF. Brush with butter. Bake 12 to 15 min, or until golden brown.
