1 cup of rice (I use instant most of the time)
1 1/2 cup water
1 small onion, chopped (or use onion flakes)
1 large green pepper, chopped
pinch cayenne or red pepper flakes (optional)
1 small can tomato sauce
1/3 teaspoon lemon pepper (optional)
3 tablespoons olive oil

In medium size cooking pan, heat olive oil, onion, green pepper, brown rice, and add seasonings. Then add tomato sauce and water. Cook for about 15-20 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Some people don't like the taste of lemon pepper, so it can easily be omitted and it still tastes wonderful. Same as with the Cayenne. Depending on how "hot" you like it!!!
