Directions:
Beat applesauce, oil, and brown sugar; mix in eggs, milk, salt, and baking powder. Beat well, then stir in oatmeal. Spread into greased 9 x 13 pan.

Combine:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Sprinkle on top of oatmeal.

Bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Serve warm.
(Tastes really good cold too especially with some strawberries or other fresh fruit on top.)

To make a half batch-bake in 8 x 8 pan and bake for only about 25 minutes.

For a little variety-you can also mix in raisins or dried fruit with the oatmeal.

Personal Notes:
I got this recipe from my friend Lara. It is delicious and makes a lot!
Lara also said that her sister-in-law will make a batch and then cut into squares and freeze. Making it a quick breakfast in the morning to just pull out and microwave.
