1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
2 T. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups Minute Original Rice, uncooked
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
-Brown meat and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain fat.
-Stir in water, ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
-Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. -Let stand 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
-Garnish with lettuce, pickle and tomato slices.
