Directions:
In a double boiler combine chocolate and shortening. Stir occasionally, until melted and smooth (3 to 5 minutes). Using a mini muffin pan, place paper candy cups into slots for greater stability while being coated. Place 1 teaspoon of chocolate in each cup, freeze for 1 to 2 minutes until chocolate has set. With a paint brush coat the inside of each cup from the bottom up with chocolate about 1/8-inch thick bring coating almost to the top of each cup. To achieve right thickness you must freeze between coats. In a saucepan combine butter and peanut butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until melted (4 to 6 minutes). Stir in confectioners' sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Press about 1/2 teaspoon of filling into each chocolate cup. Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon melted chocolate on top of filling; spread or shake to cover. Freeze until firm (about 2 hours). Store refrigerated.
