2-3 Boneless Chicken Breasts
8 oz. Spaghetti Noodles
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
Dash of Onion Salt
1 sm. Velveeta© Cheese, cubed
Diced Mushrooms, fresh or canned

Boil chicken breasts in pan of water; remove from water, set aside to cool. Cube or shred chicken when cooled, I shred mine. Set aside one cup of broth to use for sauce. Cook spaghetti in remaining broth. For sauce: In large pot mix; broth, soups, onion salt, Velveeta© cheese and mushrooms. When cheese is melted, add chicken to the sauce. Add cooked noodles to sauce and mix until thoroughly coated. Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle top with desired amount of shredded cheddar cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes or until hot throughout. Uncover last 15 minutes to brown cheese on top.

To make 1/2 batch cut all ingredients in half and replace both soups with one can of cream of chicken and mushroom soup.
