2 lbs. cubed stew beef
2 (10 3/4-oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
2. 4-oz pkg. herb and garlic soup mix
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
2 (4 1/2-oz.) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup Burgundy wine or beef broth
6 cups cooked egg noodles

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Spread mixture in a lightly greased 13"x9" baking dish; bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Add mushrooms and wine; bake 10 more minutes. Serve over noodles. Serves 8 - 10
