1 c sugar
1 c heavy cream
1 c honey
1 lb butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
The lighter side substitute margarine, light cream, sugar substitute

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan combine, sugar, cream and honey. Heat on medium high heat stirring until it comes to a boil.
Meanwhile, put the butter in a blender or food proccessor, pour mixture over butter. Blend on medium speed until mixed well, turn off blender and stir if needed. Add vanilla, blend until mixed well. Spoon butter into a plastic container, cover and let cool in refrigerator. Keep Honey Butter cool.
