4 ripe Avocados
1 small Red Onion
6 Cherub or Cherry Tomatoes
3 Cloves of Garlic
Juice of 1 Lime
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the skin and the pits of the Avocados. Using a potato masher, mash the Avocados into desired consistency
Chop Red Onion.
Chop the Tomatoes
Chop Garlic.
Mix the above ingredients together.
Add the juice of 1 Lime
Add salt and pepper to taste.
