3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
beat eggs,add sugar and oil.Sift together flour,soda and salt. Add to mixture.Mix apples,nuts and cinnamon,add to mixture. Bake in tube pan at 350* for 1 hour or until done.
